We try to be as discreet as possible for our customers, our delivery vehicles do not have any insignia and your order will be delivered in a plain paper bag. Also, if anyone that works for your building asks, we say it’s a food delivery.

Yes, we take cards. We use card present terminals while at your door. This way we never even have your information in our system in any way so there is no worry of exposure to fraud. Please select credit at checkout so the driver knows to bring the terminal. Charges will appear as “Lifted” on your statement.

We will exchange damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories for up to five (5) days after purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, any damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories must be accompanied by the original receipt. All non-damaged cannabis product or cannabis-related accessories sales are final. All exchanges shall be at the discretion of Extra Special Delivery. Refunds are not permitted.
